The buzz surrounding the title was evident from the early access numbers, with 490,000 players paying for the deluxe edition of the game, to get the chance to play it on February 8. More impressively, it achieved this success on Valve's digital games distribution platform less than 48 hours after its official release, with a peak of 872,429 concurrent players in the last 24 hours.
